Alexander, you got down on the ground for that composition. This is seriously cool!! I LOVE IT! Hope you stayed warm shooting that leaf though. xo

Believe it or not, I laid down on my stomach 🤣🤣🤣. Just kidding. I have camera with adjustable LCD screen. It was easy to make this shot.
The day was grey but warm.

Yes, just like autumn is – dry leaves tumbling across the streets.
A great, atmospheric photo, Alexander!!
In our garden, too, the colorful leaves fall on the terrace, the lawn and the garden beds.
I’ve picked up some and I’m going to draw them.
Have a great week, Alexander!
Greetings from Germany … Rosie

I believe that is the end of beautiful autumn. Last Saturday in Ottawa there was snow, it means we have to be ready here in Toronto to see it very soon. Time is flying and all the stores already making Christmas decorations. This is the first sign of Winter. Magic and Beautiful time is coming!
Have a nice day, Rosie!

We still have flowers in the garden, blue and yellow autumn asters, orange lampion flowers and a few late roses.
It is still too warm for snow.
But we already lit the fireplace in the evening. 🙂
Have a nice day, Alexander!

It looks like Gulf Stream still warming up Europe and Germany in particular. I remember my visits to Germany and Great Britain in December and have seen flowers outside of the houses. Enjoy this lovely time of the year! 🙂

Oh, Alexander, you visited Germany?
That was definitely a nice experience.
In which city or in which area have you been?
I visited toronto around 1989 and have many memories of an interesting and beautiful city.
I remember the CN tower and the absolute thrill on the glass floor on the first viewing platform. 🙂
Alexander, I wish you a nice evening!
(Because in germany now it’s seven o’clock in the evening and it’s dark outside …)

I’ve been to many cities of Germany – Berlin, Frankfurt, Dortmund, Dusseldorf, Bielefeld, etc. Actually, I have a lot of posts about my Germany trips.
My oldest daughter with her family used to live in Bielefeld for 12 years. All of her kids (3) were born there. All that years we visited them and traveled together around Germany and other countries.
I have a lot of nice memories about that period of life and about Germany in general.

Nice angle; looks like Paris, with Hôtel Dieu in the background and Préfecture de Police to the right.
