An ice wine is a very special specialty and a masterpiece of the winemaker. It’s very exciting for him because he has to keep an eye on the thermometer and wait for the cold snap.
I can see from your wonderful photos that the winemaker did this.
I think it will produce fantastic ice wine. Do you have the opportunity to buy a few bottles of ice wine from this winemaker??

  There are some wineries in Ontario which make this lovely wine. It is really special one! We have it sometimes to treat ourselves.
